A twelve-month coaching engagement with Disciples Made that will:

• Level up your discipleship and leadership development strategies

• Catalyze a 25% qualitative increase of spiritual impact in the initial round of disciples trained

• Develop 1-2 new disciple makers out of every 10 disciples trained

• Equip you to multiply your own leaders through our influence level cohorts (IDEs)

We learn your disciple-making pain points and dreams:

• We work with you to set 12-month goals to accomplish your dreams

• Provide initial immersive training (in-person or virtual) to set the disciple-making DNA and goals

• Provide monthly cohort training for ongoing support and measuring success

The Process:

• Step 1: Mission Mapping Call (2 hours) to assess, clarify, and dream

• Step 2: Strategy Call (1 hour) to review & refine proposed 12 month plan

• Step 3: Initiate Immersive Training, Leadership Resources, & GPS Database

• Step 4: Join 9-month long Disciple Multiplication Cohort of your choosing

One Year Subscription to our Online Leadership Resources Group Plan. Unlimited users. Also includes access to GPS Gold Kit, private church space in the Fully Alive App, and the Multiplication Cohort that reinforces & supports multiplication best practices. Phase of Choice of Disciple-Multiplication Cohort: Key leaders in a monthly online cohort with other churches that reinforces & supports multiplication best practices.

This Discipleship Mobilization Engagement Plan ensures healthy and effective integration of disciple-multiplication into your context through coaching, training, resources, tools, and access to Influence Level IDEs to ensure a movement of disciple-making to the fourth generation and beyond.
